STEPS TO THE BEACH
Just one block (300 meters) from the shore, Casa Ganima sits within Las Baulas National Marine Park — one of the most significant leatherback turtle nesting grounds on the planet. This isn't a vacation rental near a nature reserve. It is inside one. The beach itself is protected, uncrowded, and breathtaking in the way that only truly wild places can be. Morning walks here might cross the tracks of a leatherback that nested overnight. Afternoons bring howler monkeys, coatis, and coastal birds that stop even seasoned naturalists in their tracks. The most special time we’ve spent with our extended family in years.
